BADSI is the company my sister Silviana and I inherited from our father. It is the leading Nissan dealer in Romania with over 35% market share. Although still in the final stages of a turnaround we are steadily growing our business into a solid family owned, performance based learning organisation.
HUBS is a peer-learning catalyst I co-founded with Sorina Dumitru, my best friend from childhood. It started as a robotics workshop for 7-13 yo kids, and evolved into a peer learning hub involving teenagers and college students focused on matters raging from marketing to engineering. At HUBS one of the way our students learn is by managing the school itself.
